SDA ( Service Desk Administrator ) - Kabli Holding Co
1. Maintains a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles within SLA attributes.
2. Takes ownership to user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
3. Logs all calls on the call loggings file and open maintenance request tickets.
4. Responds to enquires from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems. (1st level support help).
5. Supports users in the use of computers equipment by providing necessary training and advice.
6. Supports branches by remote access for 1st level support help.
7. Provides support in a consistent manner.
8. Submits daily report about opened and closed tickets or other reports requested to Service Disk Manager/ Operations and Maintenance Manager / IT Manager.
9. Supports IT Department with executive secretary skills (good in English/Arabic speaking-writing-talking, using MS office tools).
10. Executes any IT task related to the nature of Service Disk Administration or under any related IT tasks nature.
