This candidate should have minimum 18 years experience in roads, utilities, bridges, airports and/or tunnels with Major International Construction Companies, be minimum degree qualified with strong contractual and commercial awareness. Minimum 5 years experience should be in GCC.

 The candidate would also ideally have experience in bid preparation with regard to both technical and commercial aspects and have the ability to enhance bid competitiveness.

 Candidates would also have experience of undertaking works on a joint- venture basis preferable as Design-Build.

 The candidate would be expected to lead an estimation team to secure a Project and thereafter manage that Project through to completion.

 Preference is given to candidates that demonstrate extended periods spent with previous employers.
