Description

- Drafting, reviewing and amending various contractual agreements, such as Contractual Agreements, Amendment Agreements, etc- Applying relevant Qatari and International Commercial Law to legal issues and disputes- Ensuring compliance with international and Qatari law and other regulatory bodies within the State of Qatar- Responding to legal queries from various departments and subsidiary companies - Responding to HR issues, relating to Qatari Labour Law- Participating in international arbitration - Negotiating terms of agreement between the company or any of its subsidiaries with third parties- Representing the company in meetings with clients and in front of ministries- Completing other duties as assigned

Profile

*Must have European Legal Training*

- Degree from a recognised educational institution is a requirement- Ideally will have more than 2 years GCC experience- Fluency in English- Minimum 2 years experience in similar role- Able to live in Qatar
