Mission

To help keep sales and meet/exceed KPI targets by building an emotional connection with customers and live the values of the Brand. To serve and sell to customers and perform conscientiously deposit operations.

Main-functional activity

-Is aware of the store and individual goals and actively works to meet or exceed these using all resources available inside the archive

-Meets or exceeds customer expectations and increases sales and brand experience by using the appropriate elements the model customer service

-Compliance with store policies and procedures to make a purchase and safe working environment

-Ensures the supply of the product in the store is made available to customers to assist with deliveries and replenishing sales floor

-Complete sales tasks quickly and accurately while adhering to cash security procedures

-Actively minimizes loss while maintaining awareness of the sales plan while serving customers

-Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed the goals productively and respectfully shop

-Complete all mandatory training programs and effectively transfer learning in workplace skills

-Communicates a desire for lifelong learning and welcomes all opportunities available to increase performance
