Specialist, Employee Relations - Marafiq
Assist the Supervisor Employee Relations in the systematic application of Personnel Policies and procedures; provide support in all personnel administration matters, in order to provide an efficient service to Management and employees.
Personnel Administration Documentation:
Initiate the preparation of all documentation for ‘Personnel Actions’ e.g. new Hires, Transfers, Termination, reclassification and reassignment.
SAP Updates:
Keep the SAP employee database updated with information like family status, educational qualifications, recruitment applicant data, etc. in order to ensure the integrity of the database.
Certificates:
Prepare and release Service, Salary and employment certificates that are needed by employees for various purposes e.g. House Rent, Telephone lines banks and the local authorities etc.
Policies & Procedures:
Follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Safety, Quality & Environment:
Orient new recruits on safety procedures and instructions so that personal safety/the safety of others is not jeopardised.
