Sales Executive - Inserito Technologies


Inserito Technologies is a rapidly growing Web design and development agency with clients throughout UAE.



Looking for female sales executive. Must have valid UAE visa of own.



We are looking for a talented and sharp sales executive who has experience in generating sales for web design / web Development/ e-Commerce solutions, with a pro-active approach of targeting clients from initial contact through to sale. Designing and implementing a sales process which will include research into the market, defining product packages/custom solutions rates, setting sales targets, managing the pipeline, sales forecasting, writing detailed proposals, building solid relationships.



Since the job requires you to generate sales, you must be able to successfully liaison with potential clients through phone and email. You must be smart, extremely customer friendly, demonstrate expertise over your area and able to sell services. Must have strong English communication with excellent presentation skills for proposals. Have strong influencing ability with a self-motivated, results driven personality and be able to manage time efficiently in a fast paced environment.



Job Specification



- Responsible for acquiring leads and business through different channels (Business directory, emails, social media, B2B portals, Elance, Guru, PPH, Odesk etc.) for web design/development. - Responsible to perform pre-sales and post sales activities related to web design and development. - Responsibility also includes requirements gathering, writing excellent proposals and closing the project. - Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project. - Build and maintain good relationships with potential and existing clients based in UAE. - Follow-up with prospects by phone, email, and Instant Messengers to answer any additional questions and eventually convert them into customers. - Achieve, daily, weekly, and monthly sales revenue targets. - Strategize effectively to create new customers on a continuous basis & continuously monitor customer satisfaction. Develop and execute sales/marketing proposals & provide strategic inputs through proposals based on what the market demands. - Understand the requirements of the customers. - Must have understanding and knowledge of web design and development. - Excellent verbal communication and comprehension. - Should have knowledge of IT products sales and marketing. - Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in IT, Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (Fresh graduates can also apply). - Must have experience in innovative lead generation techniques, such as email marketing, telemarketing. - Hands-on experience in proposal preparation, contract negotiations and sales presentations. - Strong analytic skills including the ability to do market research and analysis, detailed competitor and pricing analysis. - Be able to build strong, long-term working relationships. - Be able to negotiate, solve problems and make effective decisions. - Be flexible and able to respond positively to change. - Sending out carefully crafted emails to target customer base. - Maintain good relationship with customers after sale is processed.
