Scope of Role :

Manage the sales function within the geographical territory to meet sales targets

2. Identify and develop sales opportunities

3. Develop relationships with customers and Identify future sales opportunities

4. Provide basic training, organize demos and presentations to customers / end users

5. Provide sales support to existing customer on orders

6. Develop new customers / key accounts

7. Ensure order collection done professionally

8. Ensure payment collection

9. Identify and develop new customers

10. Provide update on order status

11. Meet sales targets assigned to them by the line manager

Day to day Responsibilities

1. Ensure meet sales targets set by Sales Manager

2. Provide customer and product support to customer

3. Manage the budgeting and forecasting in line with line manager

4. Provide key account customer sales support

5. Develop market share

6. Customer visits

7. Ensure CRM, reporting, forecasting and budgets reporting etc is managed in a timely manner

8. Liaise with Technical Department to support customer training needs

9. Daily customer visit reporting thru CRM

10. Sell the order to customer

11. Ensure orders are fully documented thru back office.

12. Follow up on order status with customer

13. Problem solving on order delays

14. Update CRM as per key performance indicators..

15. Delivery of small consignments/ samples to new customers

16. Feedback to MET / Sales Manager on customer issues

17. Ensure the sales report is updated for monthly meetings to line manager including forecasts
