Recruitment Officer - RAKBANK


Job Purpose:



To assist the Sr. Recruitment Officer in providing an effective and comprehensive Recruitment and Selection service for the Bank.







Accountabilities :



•Carry out all recruitment tasks, ensuring all activities are completed within timescales and with a high degree of accuracy, whilst providing excellent customer service, to both external and internal customers, and adhering to appropriate process and procedures.



•Assume responsibility for Non-Managerial Level vacancies under the advice and guidance of the Sr. Recruitment Officer.



•Conduct Interviews for Non Managerial Level vacancies.



•Develop and maintain new and existing relationships with other departments to support their Recruitment needs.



•Coordinate and schedule interviews and provide prompt feedback to the candidates on their candidature.



•Maintain applicant database, keep the database updated at all times. Assess and review the database and suggest changes as deemed appropriate.



•Coordinate all activities with local recruitment agencies in terms of vacancy brief (for Non Managerial Levels), CV follow up, coordination and scheduling of interviews. Maintenance of agency contracts and to ensure their validity.



•Assist the Recruitment Manager and the Nationalization Manager in maintaining & achieving Nationalization levels.



•Assist in organizing the Bank’s representation at Career Fairs. (Dubai, Sharjah, RAK)



•Comply with the Staff Code of Conduct at all times to ensure a positive image of the Bank is presented to all customers both internal and external.



•Assist the Sr. Recruitment Officer with a view to ensuring the entire recruitment process is audit compliant.



•Gather data, collate information, produce and submit MIS reports to management to ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of information to management as required. Periodical review of vacancies to be conducted and an update to be provided to the Sr. Recruitment Officer on a regular basis.



•Contribute to the delivery of planned projects as directed by management to achieve targeted business objectives.



•Maintain awareness of the department's Business Continuity Plan and undertake appropriate training to ensure correct action is taken in the event of an incident or disruption.



•Assist the Nationalization Manager in coordinating and conducting counseling sessions, induction, disciplinary & grievances etc. for UAE nationals.



•Perform any other duties or tasks as required or instructed by the Recruitment Manager to support the smooth operation of the department.
