- • - Assessing product specifications and customer requirements • - Ensuring compliance with national and international standards • - Defining processes and procedures in conjunction with operating staff • - Working methodically to establish a clearly defined management system that all staff can apply • - Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary • - Collating and analyzing performance data against defined parameters • - Ensure compliance with all quality programs, including GMP and HACCP. • - Implement GMP Scan. • - Evaluate and assist in developing processes, specifications, and critical control points in - manufacturing, for ongoing quality assurance of all finished product. • - Manage HACCP assessments and reassessments. Compose and edit HACCP plans and strategies for new products. Manage HACCP records and file maintenance. • - Ensure that all new regulations (i.e., FSMA) are quickly and accurately implemented at all assigned facilities and suppliers. • - GMP, HACCP, BRC, Global GAP and organic standards for third party audit and customer product requirements. • - Establish manufacturing specifications, standards, protocols and procedures for quality control and new product development. • - Review each production line OEE and discuss gap of performance and the corrective actions needed. • - Discuss the all problems happened the day before and what corrective actions taken and if there were effective or not in morning meeting. • - Ensuring compliance with agriculture plan • - Supervising the program of internal auditing • - Supervising the program of continual improvement to product or services • - Pinpointing relevant quality-related training needs.
