Duties include:

1st and 2nd line support for all company IT issues ranging from desktops, laptops, smartphones and tablets.

Including all 1st and 2nd line support for all Microsoft office applications and 1st line business applications including Bloomberg and SUN financials.

Provide 24/7 out of office support

Candidates skills required:

1-3 years (current) experience in a similar role

Experience of working within finance sector

Excellent English skills

Ability to provide first class telephone support
