Purpose;

The Internal Communication is responsible for developing and implementing Internal Communications that are aligned with business and functional strategies and that inform, motivate and connect employees throughout KPMG Saudi. The role also involves working closely with executives to provide trusted and credible communications counsel and support. As a member of the Marketing team, this position plays a key role in delivering corporate programs and events, and supporting the Head of Marketing in building and delivering the overall Marketing strategy. He or she will develop and maintain strategies, systems, and standards for Internal Communication and will develop and administer a variety of Internal Communications vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Drive internal communication activities in order to secure that we have motivated employees who live the brand, and to support implementation of company strategies and targets

• Close consultation with a range of stakeholders, develop strategies and objectives for internal communication, including goals (related to engagement, information sharing, etc) and plans to achieve those goals.

• Develop norms and standards for internal communication, to ensure that the quality and frequency of internal communication is consistent, professional, clear, and useful

• Draft or edit memos, newsletters, updates, Intranet content, and other materials to ensure that they reflect strategies and standards and to ensure that they are consistent.

• Drive the creation and implementation of the internal communication plans.

• Responsible for internal online channels (intranet/ social media)

• Lead on the Employer of Choice Program, with clear plan and tactics

• Activate the brand internally

• Interact with core and support functions in order to jointly develop and share experiences and best practices
