HR Manager / Recruitment


a) Implementation and administration of ERP for HR function (i.e. Payroll, Personnel, and recruitment and performance management) with complete data migration.



b) Ensure that personnel files are properly maintained and kept under lock and key.



c) Ensure that Job Descriptions are up-to-date and accurately describe each position. Also reviews and approves the performance appraisals



d) Ensure the monitoring and oversee all staff leave, sick leave and other leave. Also solving and assisting the employees complaints and problems



e) Monitoring progress of new employees and promotes development of same as well as other employees.



f) Ensure that the training program provides for the training needs identified at appraisals.



g) Ensure that the company’s grievance and disciplinary procedures are observed and that all relevant documentation is completed.



h) Complying with the Quality Management System and safety for all activities



i) Implement adequate safety measures



j) To ensure cost effective recruitment through the use of the appropriate source.



k) To liaise with GM/MD with regard to recruitment and selection of new employees



l) To ensure that the recruitment and selection of people is done objectively and based on Job Descriptions and required specifications



m) To maintain and renew all work permits and permanent residence.



n) To ensure that meaningful appraisals for all staff are carried out on a regular basis



o) To ensure that the correct people are nominated or sent on the appropriate training courses and following up all training



p) To be aware of the welfare needs of employees and be available for counseling.



q) To attend management meetings and initiate relevant follow up



r) To keep the GD and GM informed regarding Human Resource matters



s) To keep legal document, proper record and all the company data updated and renewed on time



t) To conduct exit interviews with all levels of employees on resignation from the company



u) To monitor the quality of all staff accommodation and camps



v) To be well educated about local legal rules and regulations



w) Make sure that all insurance and medical are according to local lows



x) Preparing a monthly report for the GM/MD
