Administrative Assistant - Banque de Commerce et de Placements


To strengthen our Dubai branch we are currently looking for an



ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT



reporting to the DIFC Branch Manager



MAIN RESPONSIBILITES



 Assist the DIFC Branch Manager



 Organization of meetings and appointments



 Mail opening and distribution



 Manage phone calls



 Welcome of visitors



 Organization of business trips and travel arrangements (visa requests, hotel booking, accommodation)



 Other office related duties (filing, correspondence, expenses reports)



 Manage the office supplies and stock of furniture



 Coordinate and oversee the use of conference rooms



 Take care of the bank’s subscriptions to different newspapers/magazines/publications



 Scan all relevant archive and maintain the archive room in order



 Other administrative tasks when required
