Job Purpose

The accountant implements principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by compiling information, preparing profit and loss statements, and utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Assist in financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliation, cash flow analysis, budget and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting.

Day-to-day maintenance of book of accounts (Cash flow, Collections, Bank Transactions, Purchase and Sales orders)

Maintenance of inventory ledger (Recording goods receipts and issue)

Costing of individual products at material cost level.

Preparation of monthly sales and material cost at product group level for Hyperion reporting.

Purchasing and Sales processing.

Prepare AR, AP, Projects cost, GL& Bank Transactions.

Prepare Payment voucher, transfer and petty cash.

Assist in review payroll calculations.

Any other task or assignment as requested by management.
