• Category and consumer behaviour understanding

• Evaluating the industry advertising and activities

• Identifying and understanding emerging and novel creative trends and treatments

• Reviewing the brand activity plans for the year and identifying key projects to be worked on

• Understanding individual project briefs and required design work

• Presenting different creative options and solutions to the job brief

• Agreeing preferred design route and finalising visuals, text and artworks

• Where required, liaising with external parties on visulas costs

• Establishing and maintaing a brand library that contains all Bupa work in a chronological and structured filing system

• Building an image library for all Bupa visuals and bought material

• Creating and maintaining a back up for the brand library

• Understand the global brand guidelines and best practice

• Follow the BA brand guidelines for internal and external use

• Ensure consistency with the brand guidelines internally and report non compliance

• Contribute to the work done on digital and ensure consistency in designs

• Communicate with the agencies to ensure full understanding and compliance of all designs and executions to the Bupa brand guidelines

• Review all agency work to ensure compliance with the brand guidelines

• Support all functions to deliver internal and external communication in line with the brand guidelines

• Develop logos and templates to support the functions in communication material

• Preparing a weekly project plan on key projects being worked on

• Communicating project deadlines to stakeholders

• Maintaining and communicating a log for the time spent on each project
