Restaurant General Manager for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Job Vacancy: One position in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Job Summary:
1. Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, profitability, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
2. Regularly measure and evaluate service levels and standards using guest and employee feedback and develop plans for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
1. Need to have expertise knowledge in handling the overall activities of a Restaurant Group
2. Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.
3. Good knowledge on sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas. Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances.
4. Have the ability to oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, profitability, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
5. Regularly measure and evaluate service levels and standards using guest and employee feedback and develop plans for continuous improvement.
6. Understands completely & conforms to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
7. Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility, sanitation, and cleanliness through training of employees and by creating a positive and productive working environment.
8. Knowledge in assisting in developing, planning, and executing restaurant marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and campaigns for brand building and brand awareness
9. Required to Review & Inspect the Restaurants to ensure the restaurant quality levels
10. Have to oversee and ensure that restaurant policies on employee performance appraisals are followed and completed on a timely basis. Schedule labor as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed as needed and labor cost objectives are met.
11. Always be committed in coaching and developing entire management team and staff.
12. Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service when required
13. Actively respond to any & all corrective action requests from Owner/Partners/Director of Operations in a timely manner.
14. Forecast & implement improvement plans for management development, & continuing education.
15. Ability to communicate well all aspects of weekly operations by leading weekly team management meetings
16. Expertise knowledge in drafting company policy and standards development as needed
17. Require to prepare budgets as required by Owner/Partners/Director of Operations in an effort to meet budget projections.
18. Be energetic and have the ability to motivate staffs and improve performance
19. Perform other duties as assigned by management
