Key Responsibilities:



- Providing 1:1 administrative support to senior member of staff.



- Extensive calendar management, coordinating of meeting arrangements, logistics and pre-meeting preparation.



- Handling busy phones and dealing with priority clients and senior leaders of business.



- Booking complex international travel- establishing relationships with airline reps, hotel reservation reps, chauffeurs and visa processing companies.



- Complex expense management- reconciling multiple corporate credit cards and processing data for taxation purposes.



- Handling sensitive information and dealing with confidential business and personal matters.



- Engaging in various assigned project work from support managers across business.
