A global FMCG organisation are looking to recruit a highly proficient Payroll Manager for their Riyadh Head Office.

 Your responsibilities will include managing and administering the end to end payroll process for more than 5,000 staff using MenaPay software.

 Manage regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (salary increases, salary deductions and leave).

 Review and evaluate existing payroll procedures.

 You will produce and issue payroll slips to employees, extract, analyse and report on payroll data, working with HR colleagues to ensure accuracy of data.

 Update payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers.

 Ensure that payroll data is entered on time and submitted to the payroll provider for payroll processing
