Customer Service Manager


Manage customer expectations and relationship in order to ensure superior customer service and satisfaction.



Handle, resolve and responds promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.



Review and approve files for SPA, transfer and NOC process.



Oversee coordination of tenant renovation requests with respective departments and ensure successful completion.



Monitor all the property data in the Master Key software or any other property management system to enhance the best usage of the system.



Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.



Coordinate with the Property Management to ensure the snagging inspections.



Maintaining accurate internal reports and records.



Coordinates DLP complaints between office and site.



Ensure adherence of customers with property rules and regulations.



Ensure all the customers’ details are updated in the Master Key Software or any other CRM system.
