Responsible for follow-up on credit and collection activities.

Overseeing the control of regular credit and debit notes.

Track, identify and prepare bad debts and ensure remedial action.

Responsible for managing the mobile communication system PTT services for the company.

Liaison and coordination with PTT service provider.

Responsible for managing the stationery and printing services.

Responsible for the utility invoices (electricity and water) review and processing.

Responsible for the Express 2000 module for billing system.

Coordination with IT department with regards to enhancement and amendments in the system as and when needed.

Supervising the billing staff, coaching and mentoring.

Regularly monitoring the performance of subordinate staff.

Other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
