Cleaning Supervisor - UNITED CLEANING
• Report to Custodial Site Senior Supervisor on all operational and administrative needs of his area of responsibility.
• Responsible to see that all sites staff understand and adhere to the Site policy and procedures.
• Provide all custodial staff with their task sheets and ensure adequate staff coverage in the sites as per rosters• Provides requisite training when required while visiting the site, to the staff on modern custodial methods, materials, and equipment principles of sanitation and safety in custodial work; proper use and care of mechanical cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Complete understanding and adhere to the HSE safety & environment policies of the company
• Checking and signing cleaning checklists and custodial staff timesheets
• Conduct meeting with the staff every morning, evening and give out attendances and rosters for signatures
• Report near misses, incidents and participate in incident investigations
• Participate in first aid trainings and emergency
• Preparing incidents reports
• Maintaining daily cleaning logbooks
• Walking around the sites and recording cleaning inspections
• Report faults or risks to senior supervisor
• Responsible to monitor, identify and eliminate potential safety hazards
• Submitting cleaning reports to custodial senior supervisor as and when required
• Observe punctuality, get to work on time and observe time consumed by the staff to perform each task
