This is one of the strategic role in the overall

management of Automotive Division.

To lead and manage the finance and accounting

departments for all Automotive Operations Based in Egypt & Kuwait by

planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related

activities of the automotive division. This will include direct responsibility

for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal,

property management, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and

partnership compliance and private and institutional financing.

Design

and monitor the control system to preserve the company assets and report

accurate financial results. Participate in decision making process, thereby,

assisting in formulating the company’s future directions and overall strategies.

Mainly accountable for the administrative, financial

and risk management operations of the automotive division.
