Job Purpose :

Overall Supervision and marketing of parts,ensuring a high service rate but low ageing inventory for all commercial vehicles sold by the department .

1-Operation Control :

Oversee the day to day operations like quotes, sales,receipt of order placed through procurement,supplies to customers,data base updates,competitor information,MIS reports,follow up on outstanding’s and customer visits .monitor the units in operation and work in close cooperation with the planning department to provide high service rate .Develop strategy to promote sale of accessories and other related products oil, batteries and tires .Work Toward achieving Budgeted Sales Targets .

2-System Review / Support :

Suggest ways of improving the parts operation, efficiency, follow up existing process and guidelines provided by finance and audit department .

3-People Management :

Maintain good relations with subordinates to ensure teamwork,provide training if necessary (Internal, External) . Review Existing incentive or Rewards to subordinates and offer suggestion to lift Improve Moral .
