Administrative Assistant - Ultimate Choice for Training and Consulting
UCTC is currently looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to undertake a range of functions to make sure the administration activities within the training center is running smoothly. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for ensure all trainings are scheduled appropriately, while ensuring logistics for trainees, trainers and training facilities. The administrative assistant will also be responsible of correspondence between the UCTC office based in Amman, Jordan and their partners in the Middle east and Northern Africa region.
Responsibilities:
• Write business letters, reports or office memoranda using word processing programs
• Coordinate training logistics
• Conduct orientation programs for new employees
• Introduce UCTC in trainings
• Maintain management information systems (manual or computerized)
• Locate suitable training premises and negotiate reasonable leasing agreements
• Review and answer correspondence
• Provide secretarial or executive services for committees including: answering telephone enquiries from customers, attend to visitors and assist other staff in the training center with their enquiries
• Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers, computers and faxes
