• Assist the Mechanical Supervisor for all types of plumbing related jobs

• Ensure and maintain all plumbing related assets in the DWTC complex in a safe manner

• Assist and support to other departments for their plumbing requirements for various jobs, functions and events

• Provide dynamic leadership within the department with a view of optimizing the effectiveness of all plumbers

• Maintain close communication with day to day activities with Mechanical Supervisor

• Keep close watch on fire & safety matters also to attend during an emergency such as flood & fire

• Train & develop the subordinates to suit according to the DWTC requirements and standards

• Assist Mechanical Supervisor in the preparation of defects notification, monitoring progress effectiveness remedial works, outstanding works and rectification of defective works carried out by the contractors

• Ensure fire and safety program and procedure with in the area of his responsibility

• Follow the DWTC Policies & Procedures

• Continually seek opportunities to develop self and if applicable subordinates

• Implement duties in line with the Quality standards, Security and Health & Safety requirements

• Implement other duties as assigned by the Department Head
