To provide strategic legal advice and guidance to Souq Group and entities regionally on diverse legal issues impacting on its end to end operations and also to the wider Group and affiliate, as required.

Key Responsibilities & Activities

• Negotiating, drafting, reviewing a wide variety of commercial agreements, including affiliations agreements, M&A agreements, software/IT agreement, Marketing agreement.

• Providing sound legal and commercial advice to the Group across its end to end operations, working with the company's operational areas, including, marketplace, business and retail divisions, marketing, technology (IT), and human resources.

• Negotiating and drafting contracts involving network platforms, product design and technology solutions.

• Providing strategic direction and guidance on various regulatory and compliance matters affecting the company's business activities.

• Anticipating and identifying issues and risks, recommending potential solutions for internal clients and identifying trends in the law relating to relevant business affairs.
