- Minimum 7 years of experience in major highway and infrastructure projects.



- Familiarity with asphalt, concrete, and soil material used in highway and bridge construction.



- Ability to read drawings, related specifications and test plans.



- Computer literacy and Excellent Communication Skills is essential.



- Nationality: Open
