MR Specialist - HUAWEI TECHNOLOGIES

knowledge of I-BUY for PR & PO Creation, Acceptance & Invoicing.



Make sure PR and PO are created based on TI (Technical Implementation) frame contract.



Maintain PO tracker weekly and generating reports on monthly basis.



Liaise with suppliers and subcon for timely review for SCR, PAC, FAC (Service Completion Reports) / WCN (Work Completion Note) and acceptance of Pos with respect to Huawei milestones.



Coordinate with implementation team for verification of installation and pending issues for which PO has been allocated.



Creation of Procurement Plans based on the contract and ensures budget is maintained as per contract.



Creation of Line items as per contracts.
