Develop internal control policies and procedures and ensure their implementation and monitor compliance;

Review existing accounting and financial controls and other legal compliance processes in place and make any necessary revisions and additions;

Conduct regular internal audits and reviews to assess compliance of Departments’ and individual employees and submits reports to concerned Manager to ensure greater overall compliance;

Address specific training and development needs to fill compliance gaps in coordination with concerned Departments;

Serve as the liaison between the company and external government and auditing agencies to stay on top of changing regulations, standard compliance practices and other changes that may impact the merit of current internal control policies.
