Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounts department at similar position.

Job Description

1. Revenue Accounting and Reporting on accounts receivable/ collection and banks

2. Reconciling & reporting on accounts payable on a monthly basis

3. Supervise, and reconcile sub-ledger reports on a monthly basis in addition to creating the final trial balance.

4. Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.

5. Monthly Reporting of Financial Statements.

6. Ability to use accounting software efficiently.

7. Supervise Accountant and Assistant to perform the work efficiently

8. Resolve accounting discrepancies.

9. Prepare and review journal entries and account analysis.

10. Supervise preparation, checking and reconciliation of Payroll.

11. Prepares and analyzes financial and operational reports; performs variance analysis.

12. Year End procedure of Books closer.

13. Preparation of MIS reports as per management requirements.

14. Handling monthly Service Tax compliances, VAT/ Income Tax compliances.

15. Data generation & replies to auditors query on yearend Audit process.
