We are looking for an experienced western educated female Senior Client Servicing Executive.

The key focus of this role will be to maintain strong client relationships and manage the day-to-day activities of multiple projects related to events, mainly integrated Communications.

We need you to enjoy working with the team and the client and expect you to familiarize yourself with the client’s category. You will then be required to be proactive and think of solutions and suggestions for the client after discussions with your team.

You should be a multi-tasker and be able to work with a highly energised, innovative, effective and result oriented team.

You should be self-driven and confident to lead and help work with the team from initial project brief through to project completion, while fulfilling the strategic, administrative and budget formalities.

You will be working with various markets and will be expected to coordinate with several international clients with the assistance of the marketing manager.

Strengthen relationship with the client

Manage regular communications requirements

Working within budgets, managing event costs and invoicing clients;

Evaluation of the deliverables to your client

Follow-up on collections

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience in a client servicing role.

May be part of Business development initiatives

Must be fluent in English.
