Construction Manager

Total Management Consultancy is recruiting a Construction Manager for the exciting opportunity of leading a team of professionals during the execution of a major healthcare construction project. Main Responsibilities: • Supervision and Construction management of the project in accordance with the PMI standards and requirements • Provide general direction to the supervision consultant and his inspection team • Review and monitor the performance of the main contractor and subcontractors • Attend and conduct progress and coordination meetings • Assist supervision team during sustantial completion stage of the project
