Our client is a MNC with a diverse product portfolio operating across multiple product categories and locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager who is driven by change management.

The role will report directly to the MD. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for Observing weather patterns in major producing countries for a better understanding of supplies.

Receive Daily/Weekly and Monthly Market and Weather reports, analyze them and present the gist of the same to the Management

Tracking price trends of tenders being awarded by importers & keeping track of the future prices

Keeping track of quality determination in interested origins in terms of suitability of rice meeting our end product requirements.

Supply chain management by effective planning of rice stocks in order to ensure ideal stock levels are maintained.

Monitoring other international reports on agriculture forecasts and analyzing worldwide commodity dynamics

Forecasting future price prospects with fundamental reasons and presenting to the management enabling take a spot or forward position decision.

Understands the technical aspects of the business within a commodity trading environment
