Business Manager - Oil and Gas - Altran


Manage the commercial relationships with a set of accounts with a view to reaching the assigned revenue and sales targets.



Analyze the needs of Altran’s clients (Oil and Gas clients) and prospects recommending innovative solutions.



Developing the portfolio of offers related to engineering services, consultancy and support services in Oil and Gas business area.



Manage and monitor the projects put in place from start to finish.



Be responsible for ensuring Oil and Gas client satisfaction for services sold.



Commercial



Develop business within the targeted accounts for Altran in different sectors.



Identify, qualify and prospect for new clients via calls, marketing actions and networking



Represent the values and offers of Altran



Obtain new businesses resulting in engineering service projects



Manage relationships with clients to secure new projects



Expand your network of clients and partners



Support business development in other Altran business lines



Define commercial action plan and establish monthly and quarterly objectives and reviews



Identify e-commerce opportunities by contacting potential merchant customers;



Complete understanding of the Company’s offerings,competitive products, pricing and proposal models.



Maximize closing of sales, taking of market share from competitors.



Be able to anticipate market needs and trends, and develop solutions



Develop contacts through calls, emails, meet¬ings, a database of qualified leads, etc…



Create,conducts comprehensive, effective and professional presentations to customers, potential customers and partners.



Get business results in synergy with her/his teams



Demonstrate the ability to obtain and submit detailed customer information for underwriting, pricing and presentation of solutions to prospects.



Maintain and further developing the Company’s sales pipeline.



Be able to understand engineering challenges and clients’ requests to provide the appropriate solution



Provide front line customer support to Company’s customers; maintains positive and productive relationship with Company’s customers



Define, build and implement her/his growth and diversification strategies with the help of her/his coach in accordance with the strategy of the perimeter or area.



Develop a trusted relationship with the customer



Prepare and hold qualification meetings



Resource Management



Source consultants for the business area (Engineers, Technicians, Technical Consultants and Project Managers), including interviews, assessments and salary negotiations



Conduct appraisals and career development plans



Represent Altran in recruitment fairs



Provide leadership, inspiration and motivation to a growing team, including setting clear and prioritized goals to drive revenue.



Be in charge of career management and of the monitoring of the consultant’s career path (training, annual review, salary increase, occupational and geographical mobility) in connection with Altran policies.



Validate the assignments mandates of her/his teams



Manage the occupation rate of her/his team



Inform consultants about safety regulations to be complied with at client’s



Know how to interface with support functions and process (HR, ADV, GP etc.)



Valorize the expertise of consultants



Financial



Define a Business Plan and business forecasting coordinated by the Responsible.



Work towards the Altran Group financial KPI targets



Guarantee the financial sustainability of her/his profit center (margin and profitability)



Be responsible for contractual relationship with her/his customers and invoicing in connection with her/his coach



Report reliably on her/his activity and the risks bearing upon the achievement of the objectives
