Senior Technician- Help Desk - Dubai Airports


About the Department:







The ICT department is responsible to ensure the maintenance and functioning of all IT systems - from the most basic desktop support to managing of complex flight information systems.







About the Role:







You will assist the Help Desk team in maintaining the quality of services provided to all end-users. This will include hardware and software testing and distribution. You will support customers by taking their queries over the phone and providing them the necessary support required.







You will be required to keep track of all incidents registered with Service Desk. This will mean updating customers accordingly, depending on their issues.
