• Responsible for monitoring implementation of ISO 22000:2005/ HACCP, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and other similar local and international standards.

- Conduct daily audit for compliance to hygiene and safety and reports to Head - IQMS

- Conduct process audit to verify that procedures are implemented and reports to Head - IQMS for corrective actions, when necessary.

• Ensuring promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.

- Assists Head-IQMS in awareness training preparation, materials, planning, and conducting awareness seminars to all relevant functions.

• Spearhead and supervises the Junior IQMS Specialist and IQMS Specialist in ensuring the Plant Hygiene and Safety and reports to Head-IQMS

- Conducts weekly Plant Hygiene Inspection and follow-up audits findings.

- Prepares Plant Hygiene Inspection report and prepare necessary reports and forward to concerned departments.

- Follow-up actions done based on the Plant Hygiene Inspection report.

• Conduct Personal Hygiene Inspection to cover all employees especially those working direct with the production.

- Follow-up actions for personal hygiene violation where necessary.

- Audit and monitor Health Cards of employees and follow-up the same for updates.

• Ensure audits are planned and implemented and report results to Head-IQMS.

- Participates in the preparation of yearly internal audit plan which is scheduled in weekly basis to cover the whole system and monitor its implementation.

- Prepares report and follow-up of CAR/PAR raised during audits.

- Recommend corrective/preventive actions where necessary to fulfill the requirements of the IQMS.

- Partake in the auditing and do the audit whenever the assigned auditor is not available.

- Conducts inspections of the process instruments used to ensure valid calibration/ verification to reduce risks in production of nonconforming products due to error in instruments.

• Assists Head-IQMS in document control and records control

- Prepares list of controlled documents, updates of documents and monitor system changes for proper documentation.

- Monitoring of forms and quality records used in the processes.

• Technical inclination on routinary Laboratory Tests and procedures

- Assists in all physic-chemical, organoleptic and microbiological tests/procedure in coordination with Head-QM for Manufacturing Processes

• Other assigned jobs related to Quality Management
