Primarily provides support to a sales teams, focusing mostly on any sales documentation. Acting as an extension of the field sales force as well as a link between the sales team(s) and Regional Sales Manager

1. Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients

2. Makes follow-up calls to confirm orders and delivery dates

3. Contributes to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of sales orders.

4. Ensures the delivery of goods to customers.

5. Supports salesmen and coordinates sales-related activities within the department

6. Liaises between the sales team(s) and the regional sales manager and between the sales department in general and other departments.

7. Handles a high volume of customer/sales team members enquiries

8. Carries out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.

9. Prepares reports as required
