-Responsible for supporting the Risk & Compliance Function, Operations and Legal Department in connection with the company global compliance and contract management efforts.

-Because we have a large geographical spread with all types of shipments and items, this position requires a basic understanding of applicable U.S. and EU export and import laws/regulations/embargoes/sanctions, together with the related documentary requirements for the export and import of goods and services.

-In addition, the person will assist the Legal Department, particularly with respect to contracts administration and other compliance initiatives.

-As a member of the corporate department, the person will support both the various Stations and Business Units, and will work closely with members of Operations, Accounting, Sales and Management Teams.
