Key Account Manager - Binzagr Group
The Job Responsibilities:
Inter Departmental
a. Competency Acquisition
i. Ensure that you have a competency model developed for your position, which consists of the competencies you require to perform your current role
ii. Ensure that you continuously develop these competencies, and have a one on one with the CSM on a bi-monthly basis, to determine your progress on the skills required, and sign-off on achievement can be obtained.
iii. Ensure that each member of your team has a competency model developed for their position, which should consist of the competencies they need to perform their role.
b. Goal Setting
i. Develop clear goals, quality requirements and tangible indicators for each member of your team, as well as for yourself, in conjunction with the CSM.
c. Performance Reviews
i. Review each team member's performance against set goals, quality requirements and indicators on a monthly basis.
d. Training and Development
i. Assess each team member's competency using the competency model, and measure performance against set goals, to determine areas of weakness, and compile training needs analysis for your team.
ii. Prepare a training plan to address the needs for your team.
iii. Implement the training plan to ensure that areas of weakness are addressed.
