* Responsible in maintaining computer records of all parts received and follow ordering procedure activities of the inventory control operations’ unit by ensuring the availability of parts at optimal price and delivery cycle while maintaining “just-in-time” inventory level as established.

* Place orders with suppliers up to authorization limits of purchase when the established “low” inventory point is reached and coordinate with the Inventory Manager in reviewing and determining purchase requirements for blanket orders.

* Maintains the stock records accurately of all items received and shipments made on a regular basis and submits inventory reports to Inventory Operations Manager as reference in the formulation of strategic plan

* Deliver the cost optimization program to reduce the logistics cost by minimizing the order fluctuation as much as possible to a manageable level to generate revenues

* Communicate and convey with Sales and Marketing Department for better performance in sales campaign, inventory trends and price revision and be able to provide inventory support to centers and dealers.

* Coordinate with Warehouse Department for a synchronized logistical operation load and responsibilities in the conduct of the annual stock taking

* Check the new model parts stock, service rate and campaign progress to reconcile monthly stock report and other inventory control KPI reports by disposing surplus material and scrap products as per company procedures.

* Reviews regular inventory reports to determine which stock items can be scheduled for regular delivery in order to reduce the necessity of special orders and the delivery lead time
