Group Customer Service Manager - Gulf Marketing Group


Gulf Marketing Group are looking for a Group Customer Service Manager, reporting to the Deputy CEO, to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by ensuring customer issues are proactively identified and right processes are put in place to deliver excellence in service across all business units.



The following Responsibilities and Accountabilities will fall under this role



- Implementing and reviewing of strategic plans regarding productivity, quality, standards, trends and overall improvements of customer service process.



- Meeting customer service financial objectives by forecasting, planning, budgeting, and analyzing.



- Determaining customer service requirements through surveying, analyzing, visiting operational environments, and benchmarking practices to improving the internal customer service.



- Maximizing customer operational performances by reviewing and implementing processes.
