The role of the Food Safety Consultant is to design, initiate and implement in a timely manner safe food systems adopted by Boecker® to represent the company by providing high quality services to its clients at all times.

 Represent the company by providing high quality service to clients at all times.

 Ensure that delivered services are aligned to Boecker® food safety manual terms and regulations.

 Design, initiate and implement in a timely manner safe food systems such as

ISO 22000, HACCP, QPA, GMP, Kitchen Audits and any other system that the company will adopt.

 Develop food safety manuals.

 Conduct courtesy calls and visits.

 Conduct kitchen audits and prepare gap analysis reports.

 After being trained by Boecker® on the courses delivered within Boecker® scope of work, provide and deliver training courses exclusively to Boecker® clients as directed by the company’s management.

 Organize training venues, logistics, transport, and accommodation as required to achieving efficient training attendance.

 Manage training delivery, measurement and follow up as needed.
