TGP is looking for an energetic, confident and independent individual to join our Events Team. The Event Executive’s role will have a dual focus. 40% of the role will be related to the development of the event proposal and 60% of the role will be operational and involve the execution of the event.

The Events Executive will report directly to the Events Manager and will ensure that all TGP events are delivered to a high quality of a nature appropriate to the brand, on time and within budget.

Once the event proposal has been developed, the coordinator will need to translate the concept into specific actions. Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills are, therefore, key.

The ideal candidate should also be able to propose and implement sound marketing & business development initiatives to further develop the diverse revenue streams of the division.
