Business Development Charge - Sobek Engineering (Pty) Ltd.
Main Tasks:
• Build and maintain high-level contacts with prospective clients and other business and/or project partners.
• Develop marketing strategy to meet sales targets.
• Drive prospects through to contract award (including identifying new clients and markets, developing approaches to the market, identifying prospects, proposal preparation, etc.).
• To facilitate and ensure business growth by working together with clients as well as business partners (suppliers, subcontractors, JV partners, technology providers, etc.).
• Business development plans, design and implement processes to support business growth, through client and market definition.

• Competitive, analytical thinking, logical reasoning, self managed / self motivated.
• Relationship management; preparation of offers, presentations and ability to negotiate.
• Sense of urgency, results orientation and assertiveness.
• Team focus and service orientation.
Minimum requirements:
• Matric (relevant degree or diploma advantageous)
• Minimum 7 years working experience
• Driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Valid travel documents (passport).
• Will be based in Saudi Arabia on a full time basis.
• Fluent in English
• Ability to converse in Arabic is advantageous
