Job Description







This would include, but is not limited to, the following:











- Provide secretarial support to the team- Manage a heavy travel schedule for the Team (processing visas, hotel bookings, transportation, etc...)- Responsible for producing high quality presentation work in Word, PowerPoint and Excel- Respond to, on behalf of the manager, straightforward correspondence, queries and enquiries within established guidelines.- Arrange on request: appointments, visits and travel arrangements for the Team and keep their diaries up-to-date.- Co-ordinate arrangements for a variety of meetings, internally and externally, assembling appropriate material, as required, to ensure the smooth running of these meetings.- Maintain and update as required, a filing system which ensures that documentation is easily retrievable.- Handle department needs in coordination with other functions in an organized manner- Handle department data with maturity and confidentiality.- Experienced in self-correspondence in English;- Responsible for the collection and distribution of mail, faxes, filing and day-to-day general administration duties.- Process the invoices and ensure timely payment- Process Travel Expenses for the team- Support other Department Managers as may be required (routine administrative work, occasional travel and T&E's, routine correspondence and communications, follow-up, filing….etc.)- Lead and compile data and reports for sales analysis across Beverage and Snack across AMEA- Develop conclusive analysis to the depth required supported with summarized action points based on data/findings











Qualifications/Requirements







(Must possess the following skills and abilities to be considered for the position)











- Advanced computer literacy skills in Word, Powerpoint and Excel- Possess excellent administrative and organizational skills- Be able to handle a high volume workload with tight deadlines- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Confident and has the ability to deal with all levels in the organization- Attentive to details and with excellent follow up skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.- Strong team player and flexible about working hours- Strong analytical skills- Candidate should be on either spouse's / parental sponsorship
