Role Summary

To coordinate the design of broadcast systems using the latest international industry standards andnewest technology. To manage and coordinate the solutions design with teams across thecompany. The role is mostly pre-sales oriented with some activities in front of clients, butcooperation during the final design stage of the successful bids will also be required.

Role Description

 Define and design broadcast solution in accordance with tender documentation and clientrequirements.

 Coordinate the design process across a team of solution architects both internal and external.

 On large bids mobilize and lead a virtual team to produce key outputs on time.

 Develop design standards to be followed and adhered to by the technical personnel of thecompany during project design and implementation.

 Coordinate design and solutions with manufacturers and suppliers.

 Drive new vendor partnerships and “regional firsts” for the team.

 Ability to coordinate the design of turnkey solutions across the whole spectrum oftechnologies used in the broadcast industry from RF to Baseband including IT broadcast.

 Ability to discuss and present solutions in front of clients.

 Provide weekly Management reports on design progress and status.
