• Controls, manages, and improves,processes of the services workshop including all activities starting from the reception of repair to the maintenance process, estimations and finally delivery of the parts to customer .

• Controls and manage all processes in the maintenance workshop, In addition to all maintenance process on the Customer premises (rigs).

• Manage radio surveys, communicational, Navigation & Automation systems installation process., and contacting customer either to make sure that all services were impemeneted in proper way

• Approves, supervises and suggests the plans, policies for all maintenance activities by implementing short term performance plans to get finally the objectives of the long term strategic plans.

• Communicates, delegates, coaches, mentors, remove barriers, and establish trust for the superior and subordinate• Execute the necessary analysis processes for the operations to reach finally to the improvement of these processes.

• Prepare the best climate for the employees to work and give the best rewards and motivation according to

pre-determined evaluation system .

• Give any assistance to the top management for improvements or any technical reports

• Give the necessary technical consultation to the different levels of employees in the operations

• Establishing the criteria for customer satisfaction process to measure the customer satisfaction

• Execute all other assigned duties from General Manager.

• Ensure manning levels and skills within workshop are adequate to meet the workload.• Brief the GM on a weekly basis on workshop activities and problems.

• Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
