As a leading Software company we are looking to expand our Sales team by recruiting like-minded, talented, experienced, motivated and go-getter sales professionals in UAE.The purpose of these positions is to grow the business by sustaining existing accounts and acquiring new ones.
Key responsibilities:
- Promote company specialty IT Consultancy and Services.
- Take the lead role (Client Account Management) in the development of business opportunities within UAE.
- Define with the management team, and business development team tactical, technical and commercial forward plans and strategy.
- Develop and grow market share by targeting key projects, and decision makers in various organizations. Convert through technical and commercial work to purchase orders.
- Contribute to the preparation of the commercial content of documents relating to pre-qualifications, quotations, and tenders.
- Monitor and report on competitors where relevant.
- Assists in ensuring marketing literature/presentations are up to date and accurate.
The Ideal candidate should have:
- Proven track record in IT Services & Solution Sales in UAE and preferably in neighboring countries of Oman, Bahrain, Qatar.
- He/she will have a clear understanding & positioning of IT Services, Custom software development, Off-the-shelf software products.
- The ideal candidate will also have excellent presentation skills, communication skills and be fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
- The ideal candidate should also have the capacity to quickly grasp new technologies, analyses business impact, develop partnerships with C-Level Executives and willingness to travel locally & regionally [if required] to meet, present to clients and close deals.
- Deep understanding of UAE market; specifically the IT Services & Solutions one.
- Business understanding of one or more segments; specifically Government.
- Preparing striking proposals & presentations.
