We are a Trading Company based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia with operations covering the Eastern Province and the Central Region of the Kingdom. We deal in Bakery Supplies, Food Ingredients, Food Colorings and Cake Decorates. We are looking for a Sales / Business Development Manager to manage our Sales Team and support the company in achieving the required goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develops and implements strategic and tactical marketing plans for introduction of business into new geographic area and/or introduction of new business into already established area. • Represent our products in a positive way, help build relationships from scratch, and generate new enrollments to continuously drive maximum growth and profitability. • Come up with creative ideas and recommendations to help generate new customers. • Develop relationships with other businesses in order to drive B2B partnerships. • Develops and maintains relationships with internal customers related to products and services. • Prioritizes product opportunities to maximize sales and profits. • Monitors and evaluates programs and expenditures. • Supervises personnel. DESIRED SKILLS • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English are an absolute must. • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and/or a related field. • 3 - 4 years of previous experience working in a Sales Management or Business Development capacity. • Excellent ability to work autonomously and within a team environment. • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in order to meet multiple deadlines and goals. • Must be a self-starting, motivated individual who can work very well under pressure. • Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to be highly adaptable in a dynamic environment.
