HR recruiter:

The Recruitment Officer will be reporting to the Recruitment Manager and responsible for implementing the recruitment strategy and processes. The candidate will oversee daily recruitment and HR related operations.Essential Job Functions

Implement the recruiting strategy & process.Identify, source, screen, interview and recruit candidates.Endure that the recruitment process is in compliance with the county regulations and organization policies.Report to the Recruitment Manager on hiring issues and/or possibilities.Liaise with relevant HR Departments.Generate status recruitment update reports.Draft job descriptions and employee specifications.Participate in recruiting events such as career fairs, etc.Communicate with third party recruitment and staffing agenciesCommunicate with potential candidates and answer queries.Other duties as assigned.Required Skills

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or relevant field i.e Business Administration or psychology (Masters is a plus)Minimum 3 years recruiting and/or HR experienceAbility to communicate clearly and concisely both in written and oral English (Arabic is a plus)Good & Courteous communication skillsExcellent computer aptitude, proficient user of Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledgeable of hiring practicesAbility to handle pressure
